À Saint-Aubin-du-Cormier, entre Rennes et Fougères, une cabane à livres a été installée près du camping. On peut y emprunter des livres et en déposer. Et c'est gratuit.
Le projet de cabane à livre de Saint-Aubin-du-Cormier (Ille-et-Vilaine), a été lancé par une bénévole de la médiathèque, Christine Boumier, expliquent Katell Sevin-Renault, maire-adjointe, et Anne-Claire Villebert, bibliothécaire. « L'idée avait déjà germé parmi les bénévoles de la médiathèque et les conseillers municipaux. »
Elle rejoint l'idée du conseil des enfants, qui avaient envie d'un arbre à livres. « Les enfants du conseil vont aller expliquer le fonctionnement aux enfants dans les classes », ajoute Cécile Brégeon, déléguée à l'enfance jeunesse.
« Bien fermer la porte »
Le principe est simple : « On peut prendre un livre, le garder quelques heures et le rapporter, pour en remettre un autre à la place. Pour les enfants : il faudrait un bon roulement de BD, petits romans ou journaux. Pour les adultes : romans, polars, magazines, BD. Il ne faut pas apporter de documents publicitaires ou prosélytes. Il faut prendre soin des livres empruntés, apporter des ouvrages en bon état et pas trop démodés. Il faut aussi faire attention de bien fermer la porte, pour que l'humidité n'abîme pas les livres. »
