Riverside Cemetery is located on Rt. 11 in Alton, NH. Old Tom, if not the only one of his type to be buried in this cemetery, certainly is one to be "out of place" here. His Master, George D. Savage who died a Colonel, on February, 17, 1883 is buried here, close to his horse. Both gravesites are marked with similar white picket fencing.
