A simple garden with plaques listing the names of six Nazi concentration camps provides a place to reflect on the horrors inflicted on the Jewish people during World War II at the Congregation Beth Israel in Chester Springs. PA. There are plaques on the rock wall memorializing the concentration camps in Dachau, Buchenwald, Auschwitz, Bergen Belsen, and Treblinka. In 2017, an Eagle Scout, David Scott, cleaned up the area and created a tiered garden with benches for quiet contemplation and, today, the garden is a lovely place to remember those who suffered during World War II.
