This gray, granite headstone has palm fronds at the top, and something that makes it interesting are the emblems of the Modern Woodmen of America and the Odd Fellows (F-L-T) which flank the Woodmen of the World emblem. The family name, "Byers", is at the bottom of the headstone, and the inscription reads:
