This is a memorial flagpole at thee Casa Peralta in downtown San Leandro.

The pillars around the flagpole have different plaques. One has the logo of the American Revolution Bicentennial. Another has an excerpt from the Pledge of Allegiance: "I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

The third is a dedication plaque, which was dedicated on July 4th, 1976.

The flagpole is located in front of the historic house in San Leandro. Parking is available in the front of the site.
