This municipal flag, for the County of Guadeloupe, is located on the eastern grounds of the Guadeloupe County Courthouse.
The flag is a white field with the County Seal in the middle. The seal consists of a central yellow five pointed star with a wreath surrounding it on the bottom and sides. The wreath is an oak branch on the left and an olive branch on the right tied at the bottom with a white ribbon. Encircling the central potion of the seal are the words, at the top, "The State of Texas", and at the bottom, "Guadeloupe County". The phrases are separated by a small five pointed black star.
