The Talihina Board of Education building is located on 2nd Street on the north side of Talihina. This bell is on display on the front lawn.
The bell is mounted on a three-foot high stone platform, and supported by two heavy steel pipes. The bell is painted black and has the team mascot, the Tigers, printed on it in yellow. There is no sign giving history of the bell, and the manufacturer name could not be read.
