From the whatpub website:-
"Reputed to be Kenilworth’s oldest pub and quality purveyor of Everards beers. Quaint Old Town High Street location near Abbey Fields and Kenilworth Castle, this multi–roomed, split-level pub with outside courtyard gets busy with diners enjoying the popular English and Filipino cuisine (no food Sunday evening). The pub holds two beer and cider festivals each year in May and October. Street parking is limited but there is a nearby public car park. Dogs welcomed except in the restaurant area.

Historic Interest

First used as a pub in 1563 when it was called the Two Virgins Inn. By 1777 it was named the Sign of the Two Virgins. A merger with the Castle Tavern in 1828 gave rise to the pub's present name."
