A plaque on a building that was once part of the public slaughterhouse for the cattle market, Nottingham. This particular building must have been the office and the rest of the associated buildings have since been demolished.
Opened by Alderman W. Green, vice chairman of the markets & parks committee, on June 16th 1938 and attended by various dignitaries of the time.
The plaque reads:
