Sky Glider is an overhead tram ride above the Santa Cruz Boardwalk.
The framework of this strip appeared back in 2012, with the gondola ride being identified as the Sky Glider at the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. A new conversation about color occurs in this strip. Pinheads talk about painting their house black after the Rolling Stones, then purple after the Prince compound, then white after the Beatles album. Next they paint their house in the style of the "Color Me Barbra" album from Streisand. When they visit the amusement park, they use brown to paint the ride gondolas. During the 2012 visit the pinheads were painting the ride yellow.
