The Beidler house and mill were built around 1783 by Conrad Beidler, a local mill ownder. The mill processed grain using water from a nearby pond fed by the Allegheny Creek.

In the 1950s, the mill was destroyed by fire and today, only the stone walls still remain sitting across the driveway from the historic Beidler house.
