New Hope Pentecostal Church is centrally located in Olds. Be sure and visit the Mountain View Museum in the 1920 Alberta Government Telephone building not too far from this church.

New Hope Pentecostal Church in Olds is a rather small church yellowish in color with brown trim and roof. There is a cross attached to the front.
It is in an older residential area, however like other communities large apartment buildings are appearing similar to the one just west of the church.
Olds has approximately 10,000 residents and is surrounded by canola fields. In about early July the fields are usually in full bloom. What a sight to behold. My first visit to Alberta the canola was at its peak, and I was so awe struck as I had never seen canola before. I made Keith stop at almost every field to photograph it. unfortunately a picture does not do it justice.
