From the viewpoint Trotzenberg you have a beautiful view of Marienthal with the former monastery, the Ahr valley, the surrounding vineyards and Dernau.
An information board explains some relevant buildings in Marienthal.
In the immediate vicinity there is a shelter with seating, but without this beautiful view.
