The first time I was here there was too much water on the base for me to be able to discern the various localities identified, so on a return trip I was able to get better photos of the base of this unique Sundial. [ON Wednesday 14 December 2016 I had been at Stockton (~145 km NE of here), in Newcastle, and the temperature was 43°C by the beach, and 18 hours later, on the Thursday morning that I first visited the Blue Mountain Botanic Gardens it was a cool 11°C when I awoke at 6am, just outside the gates; only getting to a top of 13°C at 3pm that afternoon at Mt Victoria! While when I came back 14 months later it was a pleasant 27°C]

It has still been hard to discern and properly transcribe all of the localities indicated on the hexagonal Orientation Table that forms the base of the Equatorial Sundial (especially the western ones). So, starting with the northern sector, and then going in a clockwise direction the places, many of which are Botanic Gardens, are:
