A pair of swordfish above the awning make an eye-catching statement for this Fish'n'Chip shop in Mittagong.

While I have never gone fishing offshore, let alone for swordfish, I would assume that this pair, that seem to be having 'a sword fight', are pretty life-size at about 3 metres long. They are fastened to the top of the flat awning of the Fish'n'Chip shop, that projects several metres over the footpath. Behind the pair is rising wall of grey-painted corrugated iron sheeting that is curling over at the top, like a breaking wave.
