This mural is located on N. 3rd Street, between Broadway and Atlanta. It is on the south wall of a building which no longer exists. A logo on the mural appears to say "ONB" and quite possibly was sponsored by the Okemah National Bank, which was located south of the mural on Broadway, but which closed in 2011.

The mural shows a map of Okfuskee County, with the route of the railroad which ran through her towns and established them in the early 1900s. The FSW Railroad began operating in Indian Territory in 1902 until 1939. The mural reads: "Okfuskee County / Ft. Smith & Western RR / With you...from the start...1902". Also shown on the mural is a horse and rider, roping a steer, and an Indian.
