The carefully selected design pays homage to Rockwall’s rich history, while honoring the City’s bright future. Featured in the mural will be Rockwall’s founders discovering the rock wall, an historic downtown streetscape, Rockwall’s farming past, the highly recognizable water tower, and an iconic sunset over Lake Ray Hubbard.
