On the south side of Broadway, between 3rd and 4th Streets, this mural is painted on the west wall of 307 W. Broadway. It was painted in 1994 by artist Deanna Wilson.

It shows Woody Guthrie, the iconic folk singer who was born in Okemah, playing his guitar. The words OKEMAH OKLAHOMA are shown, along with a Native American warrior on horseback, charging. Two oil derricks representing the oil boom in the 1920's, and three sitting cowboys completes the mural.

This little park has a sculpture of Woody Guthrie and several memorial plaques.
