This mailbox, disguised a a disc golf basket, can be found at the entrance to The Lodge at Taylor Ranch. just south of Pawhuska, Oklahoma on the west side of Highway 11/99.

This mailbox is constructed from an old auto tire and some hanging chains. It marks the entrance to The Lodge at Taylor Ranch, where there are two disc golf courses to play,the Island Course and Moccasin Creek.

The mailbox can be seen in Google Street View.
