It is an old cemetery and has three Confederate soldiers buried in it. It is next to the Marlow Baptist Church. It is enclosed by chain link fence.

Perry C. Holder (deceased) published a book named 150 Years of Cemetery Records in Milam County. He surveyed the Marlow cemetery in 1982. The cemetery is located southeast of Cameron, Texas. The earliest birth year recorded was Peter Bollinger's in 1791 and the oldest burial year recorded was Artemise W. Worcester in 1854.
