Installé au centre de la commune, place des Anciens Combattants, le « girouet » métallique haut de quatre mètres est composé, d’un fanion à 3 logos:
En haut, celui de l'UNESCO
Au centre, symbolisant la cité ligérienne : un moulin et sa roue sur la rivière du Loiret.
En bas, celui du patrimoine mondial
