A huge (teddy?) bear in front of a pharmacy

This cute bear looks more than a humanized teddy than like a natural bear. The Pharmacy is called "Bärenapotheke" (Bär=bear). It wears a white work code (no trousers) and holds a sign (electronically controlled) which at the time of my pictures said the pharmacy was looking for salespersons.
