This 120 foot water tower is near the intersection of Randolph and Washington. The top of the tower is being used for cell phone reception. The water tower is an elevated capped cylinder with a rounded bottom. The words: "Downtown Ripley" along with a picture of a tomato. Ripley is home to a Tomato festival and the Ripley variety of tomato.
