Artwork on top of the World Exchange Plaza in downtown Ottawa. This is a kinetic sculpture - the ball's motion is related to the time of day. This work is a prominent part of the city skyline. The idea that this object's path ( the balls path lies on a more or less east to west route) describes the time of day is important to appreciating this "clock". The accuracy of this device is variable. (Maybe once per day)
