"Mysterious church that radiates for its classic treasures and revisited by local representations!
If it is occasionally a place of concert, the church Saint-Jean remains nevertheless the true liturgical rendezvous of the heart of city. The adjoining shops remind us that here stood one of the oldest markets in the city. Dating from the 15th century, the current building, in Southern Gothic style, houses a large Baroque altarpiece by sculptor Jean Brunelo: the Baptism of Christ is represented. Like the great classical masters, the three apostles painted by a contemporary local artist, Bruno Schmeltz, are here inhabitants of the valleys, authentic Pyrenean shepherds. "
