A non-coastal boardwalk along the Bruce Trail in Burlington, between Springer Cres and Guelph Line. The length of the boardwalk is 64 meters, or 210 feet. It allows those hiking on the Bruce Trail to pass over a low-lying marshy area which is close to a pond. The area was flooded when we visited but it looks as though it is probably dry during the summer. The boardwalk is low to the ground and has no railing. The trail was very muddy and waterlogged when we visited in late March, to the point that we turned back after reaching this boardwalk. Makes me wish the boardwalk was longer.
There are no signs near this boardwalk, but the structure is numbered as 2327. Most trail structures built and maintained by the Bruce Trail clubs are numbered for their reference.
Approximate boardwalk length (feet): 210
What is the boardwalk over?: Marshy area
Boardwalk material: Wood
