Located in front of Central Electric Cooperative on the south side of Stillwater, this sculpture shows a lineman. A rocky landscaped area holds the 2' tall wire spool on which this 12' tall man stands. Three flags fly behind him: the USA flag, the Oklahoma state flag, and the company flag. He stands with his right leg on top of the spool, and his right arm draped on his right leg. On his left hip you can see detailed tools that he would use on the job, and of course his work helmet is on his head.
