The NDB is located in a paddock beside Emmaville Road, which is the best place to view it. It is a high power beacon transmitting on 212Khz with the Identity GLI and the ICAO letters YGLI.
It consists of two towers & a middle piece. Three wires stretch between the towers & in the middle a wire runs down to a ground station.
