Left from the church you will find this memorial made of stone.
At the top a cross is mounted and in front of it are three stone tiles.
Between the cross and the tiles the inscription says:
"Es starben für ihr Vaterland"
The tile on the left shows the names of the fallen from Birresdorf during WWII
The tile in the middle shows the names of the fallen from Oeverich and Niederich during WWI
The tile on the right shows the names of the missed after WWII
