This is the Rest Area between Woodford and Linden, in the Blue Mountains.

While this Rest Area IS accessible from either direction while traversing the Blue Mountains, it is easier and safer if travelling to Sydney.

While the amenities are a bit sparse (no showers), there is a nice grassed area to let your dog exercise while you stretch your legs. Whenever I have stopped in here to use the toilets they have been well maintained, and there has been only a handful of vehicles; but it seems that the place has sometimes been abused by 'freeloaders' that haven't noticed the 24 hour limit, and hang around. There is NO CAMPING, so I have bunked down in the car once, here.
