This culvert is located just west of Indian Meridian Road. The area is flat, with a few nice homes nearby.

The culvert has a concrete curbing on either side of the road and can be spotted by the yellow and black caution signs posted. The culvert is only 360 ft. east of Culvert (5) Waymarked separately. The concrete tunnel is about two feet high and six feet across. The date stamped on the curbing is 1936. As you can see from the gallery, sometimes you have to "dig" for that shield. This roadwork along Coffee Creek Road offered invaluable financial assistance to the families in the area, through the work of the WPA.
