This culvert, located about one-quarter mile west of Indian Meridian Road and two miles north of Route 66 is one of several carrying run-off from a small east-west running creek north of Coffee Creek Road.

This culvert has a long concrete curb on each side of the road and can be spotted by the yellow and black warning signs. The culvert has two concrete tunnels only about two feet high, but six feet wide. The WPA shield stamped in the concrete reads 1936.
