A two story limestone building erected in 1880s. In 1884, the Galbraith Bank was located in this building. This bank failed in the 1890s.

Texas Historic Site Atlas

In 1945 Hydro Gas & Electric had there office here. In 1979 it was Mental Health and Retardation Central Counties. About 1984 Medinas Mexican Restaurant moved in and is still in business there today.
