The tower is located behind the Christ Resurrection Power Assembly (CREPA) building located on the service road for the Arlington Expressway in Jacksonville. A sign on the fence surrounding the tower indicates it is owned by RG Towers LLC.

"RG Towers LLC develops, owns, builds and operates wireless communication towers. The Jupiter, Fla.-based company leases towers to carriers and is a turnkey operation starting with finding sites to an operational tower. The company focuses on the Southeast region but has relationships along the Atlantic Coast as far away as New England."
