This is the earliest of three school buildings constructed by the WPA in Fox.

This is a one-story light tan brick auditorium with a flat and an arched roof. The parapet at the front is stepped and pointed at the center. The double-door entrance is recessed with brick pilasters on either side. The windows are multi-paned and most have been covered with wood paneling.
This building was constructed by the PWA in 1935. The cornerstone reads:
Fox School C - 74 Board of Education L.E. Gentry Jess Phipps Edgar Moose Randall Holladay, Supt. Erected May 16, 1935 - Nov. 16, 1935 J.B. White, Archt. Allred and Coleman P.W.A. Contractor
