Arched and rectangular windows of varying sizes appear along the sides of the building. The front of the building has a brick stairway leading up to three double doors topped with white stone arches.
Tall white pilasters lead upward from the doors to a triangular stone pediment that bears the words "Municipal Building" and, under that, "Kidd-Key Auditorium."
