Jena Paradies war von 2002 bis 2017 Jenas einziger Fernverkehrshalt und wird von Intercity- sowie Intercity-Express-Zügen bedient. Benannt wurde er nach dem angrenzenden gleichnamigen Park am östlichen Saaleufer. Betrieblich ist er seit mehreren Jahrzehnten nur ein Haltepunkt.
