While not rare, it is uncommon to see the Woodmen of the World put their emblem on an obelisk like this: Besides the usual tree trunk variant, their obelisks are much shorter and stouter, typically in gray granite. The Woodmen of the World emblem is on the shaft of this 10' white marble obelisk, while the family name, "Lafoy", is on the plinth. The inscription is:
