With its little cemetery beside, this small town church of indeterminate age could have stood here for 20 years or 120.

To the north of the United Baptist Church is the cemetery, partially shaded by mature coniferous trees. It is surrounded by a chain link fence on at least the front and north sides. Find a Grave lists 98 interments in the cemetery.

The first known interment was Effie Hatt, born in 1882 and passed away in 1890 at the age of just 8 years. She was the daughter of Parker W. Hatt, 1844 - 1902 and Agnes Elizabeth Sawler Hatt, 1857 - 1910. There is a total of 26 Hatt family members at rest in this cemetery.

A church of the Lunenburg-Queens Baptist Association, this little small town church retains its meeting house style aura, with a large narthex added to the front and a smaller entrance porch at the rear.
