A cancelled cut benchmark on a buttress on the south east angle of the south aisle of St John the Baptist church, Beeston. Not on OS database or old-maps.

This is not the 1GL bolt that is listed on the church tower on the OS database, but a cancelled cut mark. Why it was cancelled and clearly 'crossed out' is unknown. Possibly superceded by the bolt on the tower (visit link)
