The short library, for kids, is located on the west side of the arched entrance. It is blue and yellow and has one shelf. The tall library, for adults, is located on the east side of the entrance in Downtown Enid. It is neutral colored (tans/browns), and has two shelves. There is seating next to the libraries on the wall, but just to the north, past the arch, are tables and chairs.
Parking for the LFL and surrounding businesses is along Randolph, on both sides of the street.
