In Newport, along Bellevue Avenue, is a building known as the Newport Casino, which has a display of flags over its arched entrance.
The building is located a little south of the intersection of Bellevue Avenue and Memorial Boulevard on the southeast corner. The building is part of a block that extends to the corner.
The flags are above the first floor, poles set at an angle. There are six international flags plus an 'Open' flag. The countries represented are:
United States of America
Netherlands (probably)
Australia
United Kingdom

New Zealand
Belgium
Spain
Italy (probably)
I don't know why these flags were chosen. Pictures of the building on the Internet show that different flags were flown in the past.
