The house obtained its name by ownership of the noble family of Sturm from Hirschfeld. The house was built on the site of three demolished houses in the years 1890-91 under the direction of the builder František Schlaffer. At first glance, you can see it by a stucco of richly decorated facades with horizontal and vertical partitioning of ledges and lizards.
