Located just off the corner of Bellaire Blvd and South Rice Avenue, this clock sees a lot of traffic.

Not an original "town clock", the town of Bellaire was eatablished in 1908. This one was donated in 2011/2012 by the local Rotary Club.
Four clocks identacle clocks are set in a cube atop a metal pole. The numerals are Roman and all 12 are displayed. The Rotary Wheel logo is on the face. The time is correct on this clock, and it is a good thing because many people see this clock daily and probably rely on it's information.
The plate on the base reads:
