"Administrator Seiver passed information out regarding a new larger
fountain for the ponding area in front of Village Hall. This aerator will
keep the pond maintained as chemicals cannot do it alone. Mayor Dawson
stated it was discussed at the BAB meeting to purchase a new fountain.
Trustee Taylor moved to purchase the new fountain Mr. Seiver looked at in
the amount of $3,427.77. Trustee Stickell seconded the motion. Roll call
vote showed Trustees Flannery, Zimmerman, Stuart, Taylor and Stickell

"Treasurer Sarah Bohnsack was present and gave the Board members a copy
of the treasurer’s report which showed activity for the month of July 2016.
She stated the General Fund had revenue in the amount of $385,759 and
expenditures of $ 63,094 with insurance, wages, maintenance to the fountain,
