Built in 1936 by Kaplan and Sprachman, the Allenby was a historic theatre that served theatre goers until the 1980s. The theatre was also known as the Apollo and Roxy.

This site gives an idea of the artwork and design when the theatre was Roxy's in the 80's (visit link)

Although the inside of the theatre is completely gone, the facade and marquee remain for future generations to enjoy.
