THE STATION IS LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF MOUNT MORRIS, 2.7 KM (1.7 MI) NORTHWEST OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT MORRIS, LIVINGSTON COUNTY.

TO REACH THE STATION FROM THE INTERSECTION OF NEW YORK STATE HIGHWAYS 408 AND 36, GO WEST ON HIGHWAY 408 FOR 2.6 KM (1.6 MI) AND TAKE A RIGHT ONTO DAM SITE ROAD. GO NORTH ON DAM SITE ROAD FOR 1.8 KM (1.1 MI) AND TAKE A RIGHT ONTO VISITOR CENTER ROAD. GO NORTHEAST ON VISITOR CENTER ROAD 0.3 KM (0.2 MI) AND THE STATION WILL BE ON YOUR LEFT. IT IS IN THE SOUTH END OF THE ENTRANCE/EXIT AREA FOR THE MOUNT MORRIS DAM VISITORS CENTER. IT IS 50 M (164.0 FT) SOUTH OF THE MAIN BUILDING.

THE STATION IS A BRONZE DISK 5.63 M (18.5 FT) EAST OF THE EDGE OF
PAVEMENT FOR THE EXIT TO THE PARK, 33.0 M (108.3 FT) NORTH OF A LIGHT POLE, 13.84 M (45.4 FT) WEST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF A STONE HEADWALL, 7.64 M (25.1 FT) SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF THE EAST LEG OF THE MOUNT MORRIS DAM SIGN, 7.69 M (25.2 FT) SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF THE WEST LEG OF THE MOUNT MORRIS DAM SIGN, AND IS 2 INCHES BELOW THE SURFACE OF THE GROUND.
