Here at so-called 'Klinikum Gera' exists a helicopter landng area, for one helicopter determined by a huge "H" in the center of the landing zone. Ground is of concrete-puzzle bricks in a red colour. Otherwise the area has lamps for nightflights and a windsock on the roof of the hospital.

The landingzone for helicopter is visitable on the coordinates with almost public acess (but not the inner circle with a diameter of 27 meters).
