This is a graffiti of a wheelchair on a garage door. The garage is in a small street in the old town of Osnabrück, easly and free accessible to everybody. I find the symbolic of the wheelchair - giving mobility to someone who otherwise would not have it very interesting on a garage door, which presumably holds another device, giving people mobility.
