Probably the most ice cream you can get for your buck. Lugias features low low prices, and over 30 unique flavors. The sizes are monsterous, where a "small" gets you three heaping scoops.

Directions: Take 531 West to the Manitou Road exit. Take a right. Lugias is down the hill on the left.
On summer nights this place is packed. But it is well worth the wait. Lugias features soft serve as well as scooped ice cream. Shakes, and sundaes are also available. Lugias also has a Char Broil section for grilled and fried foods.
Lugias hours are seasonal, and it closes in the fall and winter.
